About Us

Wow...that should be a simple answer, but it's not. We'll try to sum it for you. Maverick Photography.us is a collaborative association of photo, video and digital media artists. We love to have a great time doing our craft. We do our best to bring together professionals with ethics and a professional demeanor. We also try to foster a mentoring type relationship for aspiring visual media artists. Capturing that memorable moment in time for the enjoyment and appreciation of others is a craft that we truly enjoy.

We wanted to add some spice to our down times and link our craft to our "hangouts" and "haunts". It is for this reason that when you see a Mavercik artist at an event you are attending, you will notice that they are not there collecting a pay check...they are having fun capturing that moment with your friends for you to enjoy.

Can I be a part of Maverick?
If you have a digital SLR camera, a professional attitude and demeanor, love to have a good time and get along good with others...there is a good chance that you could be a part of MPUS and we would love to hear from you. We are always looking for good photographers, aspiring photographers, graphic artists, etc.; to join us and cover local events and take on commissions .
